This notice applies to the MEOWSKA LABS showcase, invited accounts, and the private-beta Meowska Script Workshop, including screenplay format conversion and screenplay breakdown. Public registration is not open.
1. Operator and contact
The service is operated under the MEOWSKA LABS brand by Shanghai Meowska Film And Television Culture Media Co., Ltd. Privacy and account requests may be sent to info@meowskalabs.com.
2. Account information
Email-code sign-in processes and stores your email address, a random user ID, verification state, and login sessions. Codes are valid for five minutes and stored as hashes. An active session lasts up to seven days from its latest renewal; signing out revokes that session. Private-beta account records remain until an account deletion request is completed or they are no longer needed after the service ends.
3. Screenplay reading, breakdown, and AI analysis
The DOCX, text-based PDF, TXT, Fountain, or FDX file you select is first read in your browser. Local reading does not upload the source file to Meowska or create a cloud project.
Only after you tick the relevant consent box and start an AI feature are either the extracted screenplay text and layout details—such as page number, position, font size, and indentation—or confirmed scene paragraphs needed for breakdown sent through the Meowska server to the AI provider named on the consent screen (Kimi / Moonshot AI, or OpenAI). The server uses the response to organise structure or extract production elements. It does not accept AI-authored screenplay text or write screenplay requests or responses to the Meowska database or filesystem. Each provider processes inputs under its own service rules. 4. Technical data, cookies, and providers
The website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure in China. To deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service, hosting and network providers process IP addresses, access times, request paths, browser details, and error records. Website access logs are kept for up to 180 days. The configured email provider processes addresses and delivery metadata for verification messages. Sign-in uses an essential HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookie; display preference is stored in this browser. No advertising tracker or behavioural analytics cookie is enabled.
5. Your choices and rights
AI structuring and screenplay breakdown are initiated by you and require consent. Without consent, reading and viewing the source remain available. Do not submit a screenplay you are not authorised to process, state secrets, trade secrets, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. You may use the contact email to request access, correction, or deletion of Meowska account information. Unsaved conversion content in the browser can be cleared by refreshing or closing the page.
6. Children and changes
This professional creative service is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that children’s personal information was collected inappropriately, we will review and handle it as required by law. We will update this notice and its date when the service or its data practices change materially.
