1. Operator and beta access

The service is operated under the MEOWSKA LABS brand by Shanghai Meowska Film And Television Culture Media Co., Ltd. The first release is limited to invited email addresses. Access is personal: do not transfer an account, share verification codes, or bypass access controls.

2. Your content and permission

You retain the rights you hold in screenplays and other inputs. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to upload, convert, and—when you choose AI analysis—send it for AI processing. You give Meowska only the limited permission needed to perform the requested conversion, AI structure analysis, screenplay breakdown, and file export. Do not submit unlawful material, state secrets, unauthorised trade secrets, or content that infringes copyright, privacy, or other rights.

3. AI and breakdown results

Local rules and AI may identify, combine, split, or format paragraphs incorrectly. Recognised scenes and department elements require review and may not support every source document; scanned PDFs do not currently include OCR. Before production use, you must check the scenes, characters, and department elements against the source. AI analysis is optional and, when used, is also subject to the selected AI provider’s applicable terms. Breakdown results are production aids for human review and do not replace production, legal, safety, or budget judgement.

4. Fair use and service changes

Do not automate abuse, resell bulk access, attack the service, evade limits, or attempt to access another user’s information. We may limit requests for security, cost, or beta quality, suspend accounts that present an abuse risk, and modify, pause, or end beta features.

5. Intellectual property and third parties

Site design, brand assets, original writing, images, films, and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Kimi, Final Draft, and other third-party names, software, and services are independently operated; this service does not claim official partnership or endorsement.

6. Warranty and responsibility

The beta is provided as available. We take reasonable steps to protect it but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for a particular production. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for keeping source backups and for production decisions made from converted files. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and, if unresolved, submitted to a court with jurisdiction where the operator is located. Material changes will update the date above; continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
